This property also includes the corresponding land on their side of the road. That is 66,101 sq. ft. of bay front marsh. You can build your own private bay front pier and gazebo. Large flowing master suite with a very impressive master bath with high ceilings, double sinks and a soaking jet tub. The 1,844 sq. ft. of living area does not count the FROG with 327 sq. ft. that can be used as an in-law suite. It has a small full bath and plenty of storage space and great views of Ginguite Bay. Anderson windows. A whole house water filter with an additional filter on the kitchen sink and also leading to the refrigerator ice-maker. Maintenance is done every three years and has been kept up accordingly. All of the appliances (except for kitchen stove/oven) have been replaced in the last 5 years and the kitchen microwave is brand new.
